For the Parents

Our aim is to keep parents informed and empowered on their child's educational journey with us. When parents are involved, it can lead to better communication between parents, teachers and children, and it can help create a more supportive learning environment.

Arriving at School

Gate 3 (drop-off zone entrance in High Street) opens at 07:00 and closes at 07:40 each morning. Our security officer, Mr Rudi Knoesen, oversees the arrival of our Gr 1 – 7 learners.

Children proceed to the playgrounds where they are under staff supervision until 07:40 when they proceed to the classrooms.

No parents or other persons are allowed onto the playgrounds for obvious safety reasons. On rainy days, the children enter the building directly from the drop-off area and proceed to their classrooms under staff supervision.

Holidays & Absence

The school is closed on all school and public holidays.

Absenteeism: We require parents to supply us with written notification of absenteeism and a doctor’s note should it be prolonged. Parents need to make arrangements with classmates to catch up any missed work. Missed assessments will be caught up in class.
